Special Edition – Peony & Magnolia celebrate our 6 year milestone
Six years ago, I sat with a blank page, a coffee and a sense of the unknown, asking myself a quiet question:
What would it look like to do this differently?
This was never about creating ‘just’ a HR consultancy, it was a way for me to show the world how to lead, live and support others, it was my chance to shine in a new way.
What unfolded was Peony & Magnolia. Affectionally known as P&M, a brand with a soul, that developed, not overnight, not with the noise of a big launch, or an urgency to reach financial milestones. Instead it created a rhythm and has required many refinements along the way.
This month marks six years of nurturing that idea into something real!
Earlier this year and I decided to make some changes to how we work, as I grow as a founder, I felt a shift in how I wanted to approach business, I revisited ‘that’ question and refined our strategy. I will talk more on this in the future, and share my reasoning why.
From the start I aligned decision making with our values, and used them to create firm foundations to support our growth. Did you know our values are created from the symbolic meaning behind the flowers? They represent both feminine and masculine qualities and genuinely steer what we create.
Along the way we welcome people like you into a community that doesn’t push, but listens, guides, and gently holds space to support your needs. We have created and developed P&M for you.
