Life in Peony & Magnolia world has been busy. Lots of calls, talking HR and brain in overload at some collaborative pieces of work that really excite me.

I have pushed myself out of my comfort zone and had some photo’s taken of me, I recognise that people probably want to see the person behind P&M, so had a fun session laughing and I am hoping that they reflect my personality. I have an inner geekiness that I am proud to show off at times and trusted Suzi to capture this.

The house has been a hive of activity with the final stages of getting electricity in the kitchen, if you have ever been through a house refurb having a tap and an oven are now deemed as luxury items in my house and it really does make you appreciate the small things and how lucky we are.

We voted in one last takeaway tonight so having an Indian, it is after all Friday and I realised that surviving on a latte and a M&S sarnie all day isn’t going to keep me going. I am now juggling today’s post and once the children are asleep, I will get my head back into working this evening.

I can see all the hard work over the last few months coming together, in all areas of life, and it is just a matter of time when I can sit back and enjoy it.
