This quarter I am bringing to the melting pot the topic of compassion, leadership and wellbeing. I read a quote in an article, The Wise Leader1 that really resonated with me... ‘to lead well, those of us who lead must learn to quieten our egos’ the idea that by doing so, you are more attuned, not only to yourself, but others, and are able to build a deeper level of resilience.
